Through the Serpent's Eyes


The Dead Sea Scrolls,  The Gospel of Truth, The Gospel of Thomas, 
The  Gospel of Phillip,  Dialogue of the Savior,  Secret Book  of 
James, Apocalypse of Paul, The Gospel to the Egyptians...the list 
goes on.
Many  are  the tomes and codexes which have been  discovered  and 
have  their  origins  in common with those we  find  in  the  new 
testament.   As time goes on,  we discover more and more of these 
texts  which gives us evidence of ancient christianity being much 
more  perplexing  and  diverse  than we find  even  in  the  many 
contradictions and ambiguities in the books which are included in 
the new testament.
Just  how were the books to be the new testament  selected?   Who 
was in charge of this selection?  Evidence seems to point to this 
process as being very deliberate and very exclusive to texts that 
contained teachings only of faith and not knowledge.   We find  a 
certain  commonality among those texts which are and are not part 
of the new testament.   In many of the texts listed above,  there 
is revealed many passages describing God,  Jesus,  who (or  what) 
Jesus really was and his purpose, his "secret" relationships with 
Mary Magdalene and his desciples, the purpose and origin of man's 
creation  in  very  different  terms.   Also,  unlike  any  texts 
included  in the new testament,  many of the excluded texts  were 
described  as "secret".   Interestingly,  many of these  excluded 
texts were found preserved in vessels and located in places  that 
suggest that they may have been hidden.  Perhapse to escape their 
destruction and persecution for those who posessed them.
Why  were these texts considered secret?   Who were  they  hidden 
from and who did the preservers hope would find them?
From  some  of the texts listed above and from biblical books  of 
old  and new testament I have created a very  tersely  summarized 
sort  of  "hybrid" mythology to illustrate just  how  differently 
some of these texts describe the events that shaped christianity.
These  texts are considered heretical and blasphemous assaults to 
the "One True Faith".   To illustrate the scope of this diversity 
I deliver unto you,  a most grotesquely heretical and blasphemous 
compendium of excluded texts,

The Gospel According to the Serpent:

Sophia,  "Wisdom",  is  The Invisible Mother of the Universe from 
whose womb all has descended.  Even God the Father,  our creator; 
but in his arrogance and jealousy proclaimed "It is I who am God, 
and there is no other apart from me."
"You are wrong, Samael."
"If any other thing exsists before me, let it appear to me!"
But  He knew that Sophia was all things and would not be  removed 
to  appear singlely before Him and with His sinister  motives  of 
jealousy  created His own heaven apart from the higher heaven  of 
Sophia and He created the earth.
And Samael created all the creatures of the earth and said,  "Let 
us make man in our image, after our likeness."
So God made man in HIS OWN image, male and female.
And  in His arrogance and jealousy commanded man,  "Of every tree 
of  the garden thou mayest freely eat:   But of the tree  of  the 
knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:  for on the 
day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."
For He is Samael, God of the blind, and only those who do not eat 
of  the  fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil  and 
remain blind may serve Him.
I came to the woman and said,  "Ye shall not eat of every tree of 
the garden?"
"We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:   But of the 
fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden,  God  hath 
said, 'Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye 
die.'" 
"Ye  shall not surely die:   For God doth know that in the day ye 
eat thereof,  then your eyes shall be opened [you shall be  blind 
no more], and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."
And  she and the man both ate from the tree of knowledge and they 
were  blind  no  more and they surely DID  NOT  DIE  but  clothed 
themselves  and  hid from Samael,  the jealous God of  the  blind 
which they were no more.
As humanity continued,  they sought knowledge and grew less blind 
and  God become increasingly angered.  He allowed the earth to be 
filled  with pain,  suffering and injustice.   Even great  floods 
came upon the earth because of his angry wrath.
But  the  wisdom of Sophia saw that humanity  survived  and  that 
Samael  was  to remain the overseer of humanity which  would  not 
wholly and  blindly serve the God of the blind,  never to satisfy 
His jealous desires.
Unto the earth came a son of The Virgin Mother.   Jesus,  the son 
of Mary.   AND WHOSE FATHER WAS JOSEPH.   It was not Mary herself 
who  was the virgin.   Rather,  Jesus was an enlightened one  who 
knew he was both the son of God the Father,  our creator, AND son 
of  God the Mother who was the virgin mother because she  is  all 
that exsists and nothing exsisted before her.
He taught amongst all of humanity speaking to the masses only  in 
parables.   It  was  only  a chosen few to whom  he  taught  with 
straight  words  the Secret Knowlege.   For the masses would  not 
understand  the  True  Knowlege and  would  not  find  divination 
through It.   For them,  not knowlege but faith in Samael, God of 
the blind, would bring them peace until they became mature enough 
to learn The Knowlege.
God was so angered with Jesus teaching knowlege that He had Jesus 
crucified and created a false image of Jesus in the flesh for the 
trusted 11 to see and to be filled with fear and scheme the 
foundation of a universal church.  This church would be all 
incompassing and be of a hiarchy where God is the one true Father 
and all supreme.  On earth there would be a chosen few who would 
be named as descendants of the apostles and the rest would be the 
laity.  They would be taught the there would be salvation through 
the death of Jesus and through absolute FAITH in the church.  The 
church will command faith through discipline and fear.  All who 
seek knowlege or  deviate in any way from the one TRUE FAITH 
administered through this church will be labeled as heretics and 
blasphemers.  This church will be universal, this church will be 
catholic.
